§ 97.04 SUSPENSION OF CHAPTER UPON DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY.

This chapter pertaining to off-road vehicles shall be suspended upon the declaration by the Town Marshal, or the President of the Town Council of an emergency. The suspension shall last for the duration of the emergency.
