§ 97.03 EXCEPTION FOR OFF-ROAD VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A SNOWPLOW.

This chapter shall not apply to an off-road vehicle that is equipped with an operating snow removal blade or snow blower, and which is being used for, or is in route for purpose of snow removal.
