§ 97.02 OPERATION OF OFF-ROAD VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate and off-road vehicle upon any place, street, highway or private property (except private property owned or lease by the operator) within the corporate limits of the town except as provided hereinbelow in the event of an emergency.
