SCHEDULE VII. STREETS PROHIBITED FOR MOTOR TRUCK USE.
   (A)   For the purpose of this schedule, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TRUCK.  
         (a)   A motor vehicle designed, used, or maintained primarily for the transportation of property.
         (b)   TRUCK also includes the following:
            1.   A motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing another vehicle and constructed to carry a load other than a part of the weight of the vehicle and load so drawn.
            2.   A motor vehicle designed and used primarily as a farm implement for drawing plows, mowing machines, and other implements of agriculture.

      TRUCK, TRACTOR.  
         (a)   Except as provided in subsection (b), a motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing other vehicles and not constructed to carry a load other than a part of the weight of the vehicle and load so drawn.
         (b)   TRUCK, TRACTOR means a noncargo carrying power unit designed to operate in combination with a semitrailer or trailer and includes a dromedary deck and plate.

      TRUCK, TRACTOR, SEMITRAILER. A combination of vehicles containing two trailing units connected with a B-train assembly.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor truck over the following designated streets or parts of streets.
   (C)   This provision shall, however, not prohibit operation of a motor truck upon the following streets or parts of streets for the purpose of unloading any cargo or property.
   (D)   This restriction shall be designated by appropriate signs placed in the designated locations.

Location
The alley which runs east and west between Lots 30 and 31 in the original plat of the town, and which connects North Main Street and Baum Street
Baum Street
That portion that lies north of the north line of Lot number 7 in Baum, Walter and Haines’ Addition to the town
Penalty note:
Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $10, for each offense.
