(A) These suggested Rates, Rules & Regulations are to be considered to provide a uniform and equitable basis upon which the transactions between the Avilla Municipal Electric Department and its customers are conducted.
(B) A copy of the current Rates, Rules & Regulations, under which electric service will be supplied, is on file with the Avilla Town Council and may be made available for public viewing in the Clerk- Treasurer’s office, located at 117 South Main Street, Avilla, Indiana. An additional copy is available for viewing at the Avilla Municipal Electric Department.
(C) All of the electric service furnished by Avilla shall be subject to Rates, Rules & Regulations, which are by reference made a part of all standard contracts (both oral and written) for electric service supplied, in whole or in part, by Avilla. The failure of Avilla to enforce any of the terms of these Rates, Rules & Regulations shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights to do so.
