§ 51.05 UNDERGROUND CONDUCTORS.
   (A)   The utility will furnish and install underground secondary service conductors for underground services of 200 or less amperes, 120/240 volt, 3-wire construction from the utility’s transformer, underground up into the meter base through the meter base conduit riser. The cost of this service shall be billed to and paid for by the customer.
   (B)   The customer shall furnish and install, at his or her expense, underground services of over 200 amperes, or over 120/240 volts or more than single-phase, all the phase and neutral conductors, connectors and ground rod with connecting wire at the customer’s building along with all the related materials to construct the electric underground secondary service from the power transformer’s secondary terminals into the customer’s building breaker box in strict accordance with the utility’s specifications. The utility will furnish and install “squeeze-on” connector lungs on the transformer end of the customer’s service conductors to match the transformer’s terminals, connecting them to the power transformer terminals. The cost of this service shall be billed to and paid for by the customer. The foregoing specifications apply to services connected to transformers located outside the customer’s building on a ground level concrete pad or on one of the utility’s poles, as directed by the utility.
