The direct bury conductors, complete with their shields and terminators, will be furnished and installed by the utility, the cost of which shall be billed to and paid for by the customer. Conduit encasement will be an additional charge. The routing of the primary conductors shall be determined by the utility to provide safe clearances from existing facilities or facilities in construction. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to pay for any underground facilities or structures encountered during the primary installation.
