§ 32.01 DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT.

(A) Pursuant to authority granted by Public Law 188, there is hereby created the Department of Development, which shall be in addition to existing executive departments of the town.

(B) The Department of Development shall be under the control of a Board of three members, to be known as the Economic Development Commission. The members of this Commission shall be appointed and shall perform the duties and exercise the powers as set forth in Public Law 182.
