   (A)   Any person who knowingly violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not to exceed $2,500. Each day the violation is committed, or permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be fined as such.
