(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than $1 and not more than $50.
(B) Each day that a person, firm or corporation violates the provision of this chapter shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation thereof.
