§ 95.24 TAMPERING WITH SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person or persons to tamper with or in any way interfere with any grade stake or any sidewalk, or to deface or disturb any sidewalk while in progress of construction. Any person to do so shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined.
