§ 93.03 FEE FOR USE OF PARK PAVILION; PARK FUND.
   (A)   There shall be a charge in the sum of $40 for the rental of the park pavilion in the town park.
   (B)   The rental fees collected from the rental of the pavilion shall be deposited in the Park Fund to be used for park related expenditures.
