(A) Generally. The hours of operation of the town park shall be as follows:
(1) From April 1 to October 31, the hours of operation shall be from dawn until 10 p.m.
(2) From November 1 to March 3l, the hours of operation shall be from dawn until 8 p.m.
(3) It shall be unlawful for any person to be found in the town park after the above mentioned hours, unless the person is engaged in an activity approved by the Park Board.
(B) Penalty. Any person who shall violate this section shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $500.
