§ 30.06 TOWN OFFICE CANDIDATES NOMINATED BY PRIMARY ELECTION.

   Pursuant to I.C. 3-8-5-2(a) and (c), the nomination of candidates for Town office shall be:

   (A)   By primary election;

   (B)   By petition filed under I.C. 3-8-6; or

   (C)   If a primary election is not required under I.C. 3-8-10 for the political party of which the candidate is a member, by the candidate’s declaration of candidacy.
