§ 73.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any automobiles, motor trucks, wagons, farm machine, motorcycles or other machines, or conveyance, propelled by mechanical or animal power except it shall not apply to any vehicle propelled by human power.
