§ 70.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this code, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DRIVER. Every person who drives or is in actual control of a motor vehicle.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any automobiles, motor truck wagons, wagons, farm machines, motorcycles or other machines or conveyances propelled by mechanical or animal power except, that the term shall not apply to any vehicle propelled by human power.
   PARK OR PARKING. The standing of any vehicle whether it is occupied by any person or not.
