§ 54.01 COLLECTION OF BRUSH AND LEAVES.
   (A)   Brush will be picked up by town employees once each week, on Thursdays, weather permitting.
   (B)   Brush will be picked up only at the curb. It should be placed at the edge of the street but not on the pavement.
   (C)   The town will not pick up any brush in the alleys.
   (D)   If the amount of brush to be removed exceeds one truckload (three cubic yards), the occupant of the real estate from which it came will be assessed a fee of $25 per load. This fee must be paid in advance to the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
   (E)   Residents of the town may, at any time, take brush to the brush pile located on the old railroad right-of-way south of Fourth St. at the south end of town.
   (F)   The town will not pick up any grass clippings or leaves except during the fall during previously announced periods. During these periods, the town will use its leave vacuum for leaves and grass clippings.
   (G)   Under no circumstances will the town remove or pick up bags of leaves or grass clippings.
