The rates and charges fixed herein shall apply to lots, parcels of real estate and/or buildings located within the town limits. For services rendered by the sewage treatment works to lots, parcels of real estate or buildings located outside the town limits, the rates and charges shall be 100% of those rates and charges established herein, and all other provisions herein set forth shall be applicable outside the town limits.
