§ 33.23 HOUSING REHAB FUND.

   (A)   The city hereby creates the Housing Rehab Fund.

   (B)   (1)   The Housing Rehab Fund shall be funded by:

         (a)   Community Development Block Grant monies ($250,000);

         (b)   Local Match money ($25,000); and

         (c)   Ohio Valley Opportunity money ($25,000)

      (2)   This totals $300,000.

   (C)   The Fund shall only be expended upon approval of the City Council. The Fund shall be used for housing rehab and administrative charges only.

   (D)   This section excludes use of money for any other use.
