§ 33.16  CHRISTIE FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Christie Fund.
   (B)   The Christie Fund shall be funded by donations from the Edith Christie Estate.
   (C)   The Fund shall only be expended upon approval of the City Council. The Fund shall be used for maintenance and improvements at the Manaugh Park.
   (D)   This section excludes use of money for any other use.
