§ 33.15  CROSSING GUARD FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Crossing Guard Fund.
   (B)   With the passage of this section, the Crossing Guard Fund shall be funded by reimbursements from Scott County School District #1 at the rate of $50 per day.
   (C)   The Fund shall only be expended for wages, at $20 per day, matching Social Security, matching Medicare, miscellaneous expense related to the crossing guard position.
   (D)   This section excludes the use of money for any other use.
