§ 150.50  APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.
   All persons including firms and corporations owning, controlling, and letting property for occupancy for dwelling purposes in the city shall be subject to the requirements of this subchapter and shall conform to its provisions and be subject to the penalties imposed by it.
