§ 150.38  SEVERABILITY.
   Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this subchapter be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this subchapter shall continue in full force and effect and not be affected thereby.
