§ 150.17  EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This subchapter shall be in full force and effect from and after the date on which both of the following have occurred:
   (A)   The City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 2012-08; and
   (B)   The Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of Indiana has approved of this ordinance as required by I.C. 36-3-4-14 (Authentication of enactment according to local style).
