§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates § 130.01 shall be subject to a fine of $100 upon conviction of a first offense. Any person who is convicted of a second violation of this section within a one-year period shall be subject to a fine of $200. Any person who is convicted of a third or subsequent violation of this section within a one-year period shall be subject to a fine of $500. Each day that a violation occurs shall be considered as a separate offense.

   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of § 130.02 shall be subject to the penalty provided by § 10.99.
