The Police Department shall be authorized to issue to each violator an uniform summons with notice of hearing in the County Court, Scottsburg, Indiana, or other court having jurisdiction of ordinance violations. The person found to be violating the prohibition of alcoholic beverages or violating the provision establishing hours of the parks of this city shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99.
