§ 96.25  CITY MAY CONTRACT WITH TOWING COMPANY; PROCEEDS TO BE PLACED IN ABANDONED VEHICLE FUND.
   The city, pursuant to I.C. 9-9-1.1-9, may contract with a private towing company to accomplish the purpose of this chapter. All proceeds above costs shall be placed in the City Abandoned Vehicle Fund for the benefit of the city’s General Fund.
