The Police Department shall inspect the property following the deadline notice to determine whether the violation has been cured. If the landowner or resident of said property has failed to remove junk, non-operable motor vehicle/non-operable automobiles, or operable motor vehicles without proper licenses, vehicle registration within the provisions of this chapter, the Police Department may issue to the landowner or resident of said property a citation to the amount of $50 to be paid directly to the city Ordinance Violations Bureau, within seven working days, for an ordinance violation. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate violation.
