§ 95.19  LIABILITY.
   (A)   The person in possession of property or automobile found in violation of this subchapter shall be prima facie liable for the violation.
   (B)   A custodial parent shall be responsible for ensuring a minor child complies with this chapter and is responsible for any fine imposed.
