§ 95.17  NOISE LIMITS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, or allow to be caused, noise levels from the operation or use of light-motor vehicles in excess of 83 db(A) in any area within the corporate limits of the city at any time. The noise level limit shall be measured at a distance of not less than 15 feet from the noise source.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, or cause to operate or use a light-motor vehicle in such a manner as to cause or allow to be caused, excessive noise levels as a result of unnecessary rapid accelerations, deceleration, revving of engine, and or squealing of tires.
