§ 31.02  POLICE PENSION FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Police Pension Fund and a Board of Trustees of said Pension Fund, to be composed of seven members as follows: The President of the Board of Trustees, the Clerk-Treasurer and the Chief of Police of the city shall be ex-officio members of the Board. In addition, one retired member of the police force shall be a member of the Board, provided that there is a retired member of the police force, and in the event that there is none, such position shall remain vacant until there is a retired member of the police force available to fill the vacancy. In addition, there shall be three acting members of the police force as members of the Board.
   (B)   It is further provided that the retired member of the police force and the active members of the police force who shall be elected to membership on the Board shall be elected at a meeting of the members of the police force of the city, to be held at the Central Police Station on the second Monday in February of each year.
   (C)   All provisions of Chapter 51 of the Acts of 1925 of the General Assembly of the state and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto are hereby incorporated into this section and shall govern in case of conflict with any provision of this section.
