§ 93.29  FAILURE TO REMOVE, REMEDIES, PENALTIES.
   (A)   The Police Department/Building Inspector shall inspect the property within five days following the date of the notice to determine whether the violation has been cured. If the landowner or resident of said property has failed to remove the garbage, rubbish, waste material, the Police Department may issue to the landowner or resident of said property a citation in the amount of $50 for an ordinance violation which states the relevant offenses of this subchapter.
   (B)   In addition, if the landowner or resident of said property upon re-inspection has failed to remove the garbage, rubbish, waste material, or damaged buildings, the city, through its Street Department or contractor, may enter the property (by permission or other legal provisions) and remove the garbage, rubbish, waste material damaged buildings. The city may also pursue any other appropriate legal remedies.
