§ 93.07  WHEN ABATEMENT NOTICE NOT REQUIRED.
   Where, in the opinion of the enforcement authority, a nuisance exists which creates a substantial and imminent health or safety hazard requiring immediate abatement in order to protect health and safety, the enforcement authority, shall abate the nuisance without the necessity of issuing an abatement notice as set out in § 93.05 but only after notifying the Board of Works. The enforcement authority shall then present its actions to the Board of Works at the Board's next meeting following the abatement action.
