§ 91.06  CIVIL PROSECUTION OF VIOLATIONS.
   All violations of this chapter shall be prosecuted by the City Attorney, if the alleged violation occurred in the city. If any alleged violation of this chapter is penalized under state law, then state law shall prevail.
