§ 70.15  OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC.
   (A)   A person who recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic, commits obstruction of traffic.
   (B)   A person who recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic including the use of a motor vehicle, commits obstruction of traffic with a vehicle.
