§ 35.12  WARDS.
   The municipality shall redistrict as often as necessary using the most recent federal census to ensure that each ward is substantially equal in population. The municipality shall stand divided into the following wards as set forth herein.
   (A)   Ward One. Ward One of the city shall constitute all that part of the city lying east of a line extending from a point on the southern boundary of the city (refer to Exhibit A) north along the center of Sixteenth Street (Highway 14) to the center of A Street, thence west two blocks along the center of A Street to the center of Fourteenth Street, thence north 11 blocks along the center of Fourteenth Street to the center of M Street, thence east two blocks along the center of M Street to the west side of Sixteenth Street (Highway 14), thence north along the center of Sixteenth Street (Highway 14) taking in Northridge subdivision and ending at the center of Sixteenth Street (Highway 14), the northern boundary of the city (refer to Exhibit A). Census population 1,498.
   (B)   Ward Two. Ward Two of the city shall constitute all that part of the city lying west and south of a line extending from a point on the southern boundary of the city (refer to Exhibit A) north along the center of Sixteenth Street (Highway 14) to the center of A Street, thence west two blocks along the center of A Street to the center of Fourteenth Street, thence north ten blocks along the center of Fourteenth Street to the center of L Street, thence west four blocks along the center of L Street to the center of Tenth Street, thence south one block along the center of Tenth Street to the center of K Street, thence west six blocks along the center of K Street to the center of Fourth  Street, thence north two blocks along the center of Fourth Street to the center of M Street, thence west again along the center of M Street extended to the western boundary of the city (refer to Exhibit A). Census population 1,488.
   (C)   Ward Three. Ward Three of the city shall constitute all that part of the city lying west and north of a line running from a point on the northern boundary of the city (refer to Exhibit A) south along the center of Sixteenth Street (Highway 14) to the center of M Street, thence west two blocks along the center of M Street to the center of Fourteenth Street, thence south one block along the center of Fourteenth Street to the center of L Street, thence west four blocks along the center of L Street to the center of Tenth Street, thence south one block along the center of Tenth Street to the center of K Street, thence west six blocks along the center of K Street to the center of Fourth Street, thence north two blocks along the center of Fourth Street to the center of M Street, thence west again along the center of M Street extended to the western boundary of the city (refer to Exhibit A). Census population 1,487.
