§ 34.63  INTERMENT.
   Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 71-605 and 38-1425, interment of a dead human body at the city cemetery shall be performed under the direct supervision of a licensed funeral director. The charge to open and close each grave shall be in the amount set by City Council resolution.
