§ 34.62  PERPETUAL CARE.
   The City Clerk-Treasurer shall set apart the amount paid for perpetual care into a separate, permanent fund which shall be invested in interest bearing accounts as are authorized by state statutes. The income earned thereon shall be used solely for the purpose of the general care, maintenance and embellishment of the cemetery.
