(A) Members to the following standing committees of the Council shall be appointed or reappointed by the Mayor for a one-year term at its organizational meeting:
(1) Fees/Claims;
(2) Public Works;
(3) Contracts;
(4) Public Safety;
(5) Recreation/Facilities; and
(6) Special Projects.
(B) The membership of these standing committees may be changed at any time by the Mayor. The Mayor shall be a member ex officio of each standing committee.
