§ 32.40  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   EMPLOYEE.  Includes all current and former employees of the city, whether under civil service or not.
   OFFICER. Include all current and former elected, appointed or hired officials of the city.
