§ 32.22  PARK SUPERINTENDENT.
   The Park Superintendent shall have the immediate control and supervision over all property and employees of the parks and recreational facilities, including the swimming pool, and shall perform the duties specified by the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-948 through 17-951 and 71-4301 through 71-4307 and the ordinances of the city.
