§ 32.21  WASTE WATER PLANT SUPERINTENDENT.
   The Waste Water Plant Superintendent shall be filled by appointment of the Mayor with the consent of the Council, to have general supervision and control over the city’s waste water treatment plant, including all employees thereof, subject to the general directives and control of the City Administrator.
