§ 32.18  DEPUTY CLERK-TREASURER; POSITION CREATED; DUTIES.
   The position of Deputy Clerk-Treasurer is hereby created which shall be filled by appointment of the Mayor with the consent of the Council. The duties of the Deputy Clerk-Treasurer shall be as assigned by the Clerk-Treasurer or as otherwise directed by the City Administrator in the absence of the Clerk-Treasurer.
