§ 150.066  INTERESTED PERSONS; ABSENT FROM THE CITY.
   In cases, except emergency cases, where the owner, occupant, lessee, mortgagee or any other interested person in the building as shown by the land records of the Register of Deeds of the county, is absent from the city, all notices and orders provided for herein shall be sent by certified mail to the last known address of each person, and a copy of the notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the dangerous building to which it relates; provided, however, if after diligent investigation and inquiry, the owner, occupant, lessee or mortgagee is unable to be located, in addition to posting the building, service of those notices and orders shall be made by publication of each in the same manner as is provided for service of summons in the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 25-505.01 through 25-530.08.
