§ 150.065  EMERGENCY CASES.
   In a case where it reasonably appears that there is immediate danger to the lives or safety of persons unless a dangerous building is immediately repaired, vacated or demolished, the Building Inspector shall report these facts to the Mayor and Council and the Mayor and Council shall direct the immediate repair, vacation or demolition of the building, and the costs of emergency actions shall be collected in the same manner as above.
