Application for building permits shall be made upon forms provided by the City Clerk-Treasurer and shall contain or have attached thereto the following information:
(A) The kind of building, structure or addition, or the extent of repairs intended to be erected or made;
(B) Detailed description of the type of construction and materials to be used therein;
(C) Legal description and location of the real estate;
(D) The part or portion of the real estate to be occupied by the building or improvement;
(E) The approximate cost thereof;
(F) The utilities proposed to be connected with the building or improvement; and
(G) Any additional plans and specifications as may be required by the Mayor and Council.
