In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-505, 19-902(2), 19-922 and 29-830, these building regulations are adopted by the city and shall be enforced by its Building Inspector as herein prescribed. The Building Inspector shall inspect all buildings repaired, altered, built or moved in the city as often as necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable city ordinances. The Inspector shall issue permission to continue any construction, alteration or relocation when satisfied that no provision will be violated.
