(A) Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 69-2441, the city hereby prohibits the carrying of concealed handguns on or about the person of a permitholder for such, officers of the law excepted, on all property within the control of the city including, but not limited to, the following:
(1) City Hall;
(2) The city waste water treatment plant;
(3) The Aurora Municipal Airport;
(4) The Aurora Public Library;
(5) The Aurora Memorial Cemetery;
(6) Aurora Cellar Youth Center;
(7) Streeter Park;
(8) Cole Park;
(9) Refshauge Park;
(10) The Aurora Fire Barn;
(11) Mitchell’s Field;
(12) Edgerton Park; and
(13) The city walking trail.
(B) City street right-of-ways, streets, alleys and sidewalks are excluded from this prohibition.
