§ 130.01  SIGNS AND HANDBILLS.
   Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-140, it shall be unlawful for any person to use the streets, sidewalks and public grounds for signs, sign posts, racks, posting of handbills and advertisements.
