§ 119.54  ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS CONCERNING PUBLIC NUDITY AND SEMI- NUDITY.
   (A)   No person shall appear, in a sexually oriented business, in a state of nudity or depict specified sexual activities.
   (B)   No person shall appear in a sexually oriented business, in semi-nude condition unless the person is an employee who, while semi-nude, shall be at least six feet from any patron or customer and on a stage at least two feet from the floor.
   (C)   No employee shall, while semi-nude in a sexually oriented business, solicit any pay or gratuity from any patron or customer, and no patron or customer shall pay or give any gratuity to any employee while the employee is semi-nude in a sexually oriented business.
   (D)   No employee shall, while semi-nude in a sexually oriented business, touch a patron or customer or the clothing of a patron or customer.
